
Grant Applicants and Current GranteesAre you looking to apply for a grant through The Community Foundation for McHenry County or submit a grant report? You’re in the right place! Follow the steps below to get started.
First-Time Users
- Click “Create New Account.” Make sure to save your login information for your organization’s records.
- If you need help, refer to the Grant Applicant Training Materials.
Tip: Use an email address accessible to anyone in your organization who may need to access the application. This is the email we will use to communicate with you, including any questions that may need an immediate response.Returning Users
- If you’ve used our online grant system before but forgot your password, click “Forgot Your Password?” and follow the prompts.
- If you’ve applied for a grant from The CFMC before but have not used this portal, follow the “First-Time Users” instructions above.
Important:
To ensure you receive all communications, please save
administrator@grantinterface.com as a contact in your email. Check your spam or junk folder regularly, as you will receive emails from this address with important information regarding your account and application status.

If you think your organization already has a profile but don’t know the login information,
do not create a new profile. Doing so could result in the loss of your organization’s historical data. Instead, email us at
connect@thecfmc.org with your tax ID number (EIN).
