Welcome to the Online Incentives Portal.

This portal manages the following programs:

1. DHCS incentive programs administered by the Central California Alliance for Health.
 Behavioral Health Integration (BHI) Incentive Program (2019-2022) 
 CalAIM Incentive Payment Program (i.e. ECM/CS incentives) (2022-June 2024) 
• Student Behavioral Health Incentive Program (SBHIP) (2022-2024) 
• Housing and Homelessness Incentive Program (HHIP) (March 2022-2023)

2. Alliance Housing Fund

New Users: If this is your first time here (and your organization has not received funding from one of the DHCS incentive programs listed above), click "Create New Account" for your organization and primary contact person. New Users: Please click on "Create New Account" to complete the registration process and create your logon credentials.

Existing Users: If your organization has received funding from one of the above DHCS Incentive Programs, you already have an Organization Account. Please enter your credentials and log in. If you forgot your password, please use the "Forgot your Password?" link to the left to reset your password.  

Not Sure? If you think that you or someone at your organization has already registered in the system, do not create a new account. 
For DHCS Incentive Programs, please contact our Incentives Administrator at pdincentives@thealliance.health to receive your username.
For Care-Based Quality Improvement, please contact the QI Team at cbi@thealliance.health to receive your username.

Tips for Collaborating on an Application or Report:
Need to add someone to your organization’s account to collaborate with you on an application or report form?   The Collaborate feature can be used to add a new user under your organization without contacting the Alliance.
1. Navigate to any form on your request (e.g. the application form or follow up report form).
2. Click Collaborate. In the pop-up that appears, enter their email address and permission level and then click Invite. 
3. Type a message to the individual. You can copy and paste the instructions below into your message.
Please register as a contact with our organization following the steps below: 
1.    Click the link below, enter your name and a new password, then click Register.
2.    At the top of the dashboard, click Apply. 
3.    Click Complete Registration.
4.    Click into the Organization drop-down box and select our organization.
5.    Complete the additional required fields and click Save.
