Requirements for eligibility:

1. Chautauqua County adult resident ENROLLED in a certification program outside of higher educational degree pathway.

2. Complete the applicable fields in the application.

   • Personal statement

   • Length of program

   • Program cost or financial aid award letter from program attending

   • Submit application and personal statement online.

Examples: home health aide, phlebotomist, CNA, EMT, CDL, welders, trades - electrician, plumber, carpentry, etc.
Applications accepted on a rolling basis, scholarships will be awarded at the end of each month.

Adult students pursing a higher education degree, please apply to our general application that is available from May 15th to July 15th.
